The experience of the Full-Day Hike to Poc Poc Waterfall provides an opportunity to explore a portion of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
This experience is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, as the hiking demand is not very high. You can enjoy this hike on your own to meet new people along the way, as a couple to share the journey with your partner, or with friends to create shared memories. It’s also a great adventure for families to enjoy together and create unforgettable memories.
Itynerary
In the morning at approximately 8:30 a.m. your guide will pick you up from your hotel at the agreed time, and then move to the town of Chinchero located at (3,800 m), we will start with a visit to the archaeological zone of Chinchero, the colonial temple, and the Inca terraces, after the visit finished we will go to the Poc Poc Waterfalls, along an ancient Inca Trail that connects Chinchero with the Sacred Valley.
On the way, we will observe different landscapes, in addition to the typical flora and fauna of the place. To get to the falls we will use the Inca Trail (Qapacñan) that connects Chinchero with Urquillos in a time of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
