Tour Itinerary
Hotel Pick-Up and Transfer to Cusipata
Your adventure begins with pick-up from your hotel in Cusco between 3:00 and 3:30 a.m.
We will travel toward the district of Cusipata, where you will enjoy breakfast before continuing the journey to the community of Phinaya, the gateway to the Quelccaya Ice Cap.
Hike to the Quelccaya Ice Cap
Upon arrival at the trailhead, your professional guide will provide important information about the route, safety instructions, and recommendations for the hike.
You will then begin a scenic hike surrounded by breathtaking Andean landscapes, snow-covered mountains, and peaceful high-altitude scenery.
During the hike, you will have the opportunity to admire the impressive Quelccaya Ice Cap, enjoy the natural surroundings, and take unforgettable photographs.
Traditional Lunch and Lake Sibinacocha
After completing the hike, we will return to Phinaya, where you will enjoy a traditional lunch prepared with local ingredients.
Afterward, we will stop at Lake Sibinacocha, where you will have time to admire the landscape, relax, and capture memorable photographs of the surrounding mountains and high-Andean scenery.
Return to Cusco
After visiting Lake Sibinacocha, we will begin our return journey to Cusco.
Arrival is expected at approximately 8:30 p.m., with drop-off near the Plaza de Armas.
